You're walking in a dimly-lit wood. You see before you three paths: a path that looks like it leads out of the wood, a thin path that twists and turns out of sight, and a path marked with signs in a foreign language. Which path do you take?

Heh. I'd probably go down the path with signs in a foreign language about half way, just to see what it's like. If the signs aren't underlined, written in red or have exclamations points (all very bad signs), then I might keep going. Same with the thin path.

What's one of the best things that has ever happened to you?

Oh, gosh. Uh. I'd have to say finally getting out of Florida for college, and then getting to go off to India and then Japan on scholarship. Unfortunately, I am now back in Florida, so... yeah. Back to square one. DX

What kind of magazines do you read?

No magazines. I get everything from the internet. So it really sucks when my internet goes out for THREE AND A HALF WEEKS. >.<

If you could see one band in concert right now, any band, dead or alive, which would it be?

D'you know, I have never been to a live concert? I love music, but I don't really pay attention to particular bands.

Do you have any phobias?

Spiders. Creepy crawly things.

iTunes tells me it's Seasons in the Abyss by Hellsongs. ...it's better than the name makes it sound.

What's your current fandom/obsession/addiction?

xxxHolic, Pandora Hearts and Supernatural are what I'm active in right now, but I never really leave my old fandoms.

Where would you like to go right now if you had enough money?

A SPACE STATION.

What are you most excited for?

Relearning how to write properly. I used to be good at it, I swear.

What websites do you always visit when you go online?

Email, bunch of different places on LJ, onemanga, used to stop by the forums at JB.com a lot.

What was the last thing you bought?

Fast and Furious on dvd.

What's you favorite season?

Fall. Guess what my favorite holiday is. :D

Does the weather affect your mood?

I don't like moving around on really hot days, but hey, who does? I like the rain, as long as it's not freezing cold. Snow kinda freaks me out, since I've been away from it for so long. XD I think I just need to get used to it again. Wind makes me happy.

What is your zodiac sign?

Taurus.

Do you want to learn another language?

I'd like to get better at Japanese, since I managed to forget everything I learned right after I left Japan, and I should probably learn Spanish at one point so I can understand my mom's relatives when they come to visit.

5 things (not people) you can't live without?

My iPod, my laptop, Internet, at least one room that's only mine, and a bookcase full of books.

Do you have any siblings?

Nope, only child, and spoiled like rotten.

What's your earliest memory?

Ha, ooo boy. This one's a doozy.

My first memory is actually a nightmare I had when I was four years old. It was the year I had chicken pox and it happened, I kid you not, on the night before Christmas.

The nightmare started with my entire family coming over for the holidays; we all went to the supermarket to buy food for Christmas dinner, like a huge Spanish speaking, grocery cart wielding mob. I distinctly remember having the time of my life as I was pushed at inadvisable speeds down the cereal aisle.

When we were finished, we made our way home- but something was wrong when we drove up to the house. It was silent and dark and glowing and an army of boogie men had climbed up from the depths of hell and invaded our home.

My dad and my uncles reached into the grocery bags and pulled out all these random axes, chainsaws, and shotguns, and then they went into the house to chop up monsters. I followed after them with a teeny tiny pick ax, for protection.

That night, my family did battle with a horde of monsters. And we won! All the boogie men were either cut up or chased out of the house. (At some point, we found out that they had come up through this black portal thing in my basement, but I'm not exactly sure when that happened.)

After it was over and the monsters were all gone, I got very sleepy (fighting off all the boogie men in the world can really take it out of a four year old), so my dad brought me upstairs to tuck me into bed. I walked over to the bed, pulled back my Minnie Mouse sheets and- there was a monster in the bed! Still alive! Reaching for me! Teeth!

And that's when I woke up.

...I had a very active imagination as a child. Also, my parents let me watch scary movies at a very young age, which didn't help much. XD This was a recurring nightmare I had for a few years, though later on the boogie men got replaced with zombies and guys with assault rifles, and instead of my family it was me and the neighborhood kids who had to fight off the forces of darkness. *grins*
