It really does look like the Sakura and Syaoran in the Tube from the very beginning were the S&S from CCS! And Touya/Yukito from CCS were definitely involved in some way as well and I'm just kinda wondering now if they were the ones who actually raised Watanuki after S&S were Tubed.

Kind of?!?! There's one panel where they do look like adults from farther away, but then their circles come up and they get sucked into the Tube and suddenly they looked like teenagers! Apparently another part of their price (aside from being separated from their children and each other by that glass wall) was a rewinding of their time too.
